The zombie apocalypse truck listing

If you’re a Doomsday prepper or simply paranoid about global politics, you need to check out this listing.

This Inkas Armored Riot Control Vehicle was custom-built.

The truck is fully equipped to protect occupants by dispersing crowds – or the undead in the event of a zombie apocalypse.

Basically, it’s a beast.

‘Lightly used’ this example is currently up for sale at the same price as this ultra-rare Lamborghini Sesto Elemento.

This thing has never done anything ‘lightly’ at any point during its existence.

Still, $2.9 million is a small price to pay to ensure your survival when civilization crumbles.

Civilians need not apply

With a truck this imposing, civilian use is strictly prohibited, per the listing and the Inkas Armored official website.

The warning for interested parties reads: “This vehicle can be purchased by qualified law enforcement, commercial, or institutional bodies only,”

It boasts an armor level of BR7, which would enable it to ‘withstand multiple high-velocity rounds and shrapnel from detonations’.

The special-purpose truck is fitted with a high-pressure water nozzle on the roof that can be controlled from the fortified cabin.

What’s more, a fire extinguishing system, a height-adjustable ram bumper for moving obstacles, and a surveillance system. protect its inhabitants whatever happens.

It’s 7.9m (26ft) long, 2.7m (8.9ft) wide, and 2.5m (8.2ft) tall.

Surprising then, that the Riot Control vehicle’s cabin can only seat four with one of those behind the wheel.

It’s not mentioned whether the rear section features cargo space or houses chemical additive tanks and the main 10,000-liter (2,642 gallons) stainless steel water tank.

Built around a Freightliner M2106 RVC chassis, it’s fitted with a 6.7-liter 6-cylinder Cummins turbodiesel.

This is capable of producing 325hp (242kW/330PS) and a monstrous 1,000lb-ft (1,355Nm) of torque.

Power is transmitted to four of the six wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Just the thing to ‘push stationary vehicles out of the way with ease’.

This particular truck shows 1,931km (1,200m) on the odometer.
